• We do not provide brokerage services, investment advice, or financial guarantees.
• Past performance, backtests, or simulations do not guarantee future results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering agreements.

4. Licensing & Usage

• Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license tied to your machine ID.
• Licenses cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed.
• Unauthorized use may result in termination without refund.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• All sales are final once a license is activated.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; access remains until end of billing period.

6. Risk Disclaimer

Futures and derivatives trading involves substantial risk. Only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose. Wicksy Algo is not liable for trading losses.

7. Intellectual Property
